Recipe:

Put the milk in a pot and put it on the stove and let it boil. Open the two packets of chocolate powder in a little cold milk and add this powder to the milk after dissolving it well. Now add sugar to the milk and after a while add the milk with chocolate powder and mix well with the spoon and dissolve it well in the milk and remove it from the stove and keep it to cool. When it gets cold, add butter or cream and beat it well with a spoon and then put it in the box of the ice cream machine and close the lid very well. Cover the ice and add salt and pen soda to it and press it around the milk box. Fill it by pressing and let it rest for ten to fifteen minutes. Now start rotating the handle of the machine and start running fast. Run the machine for about 4/3 hours. If the ice is less, add more. When the ice cream is close to freezing, the handle of the machine will harden.

Now Lift the lid of the milk box and see. If the ice cream is frozen, stop churning and serve the ice cream in a cup or plate. If you want to make ice cream from the fridge instead of the machine, pour the prepared milk into the mold and store it in the ice box. After about four hours, the ice cream will be frozen and ready. Almonds, pistachios etc. can be added to it as desired.

How was chocolate ice cream made?

Chocolate ice cream is made by combining ingredients like milk, cream, sugar, and cocoa powder or melted chocolate. The mixture is heated to blend the ingredients, then cooled and churned in an ice cream maker to create a smooth and creamy texture. The churning process incorporates air, which helps achieve the perfect consistency. Finally, the ice cream is frozen until it’s ready to be enjoyed.

What chocolate is best for ice cream?

For the best chocolate ice cream, high-quality dark chocolate or unsweetened cocoa powder is recommended. Dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 60-70% offers a rich, intense flavor that pairs well with the creaminess of the ice cream. For a smoother texture, you can use chocolate with a bit of cocoa butter, as it melts well and blends seamlessly into the mixture.
